Our almond meal is made by finely grinding quality raw Australian whole almond kernels. The flavour is nutty, with a delicate hint of sweetness.

Almond meal is gluten free and is a good source of vegan protein. A versatile product that can be used as a partial or whole substitute for wheat flour in many recipes.

Uses:
Almond meal is used in sweet and savoury dishes. It is an important ingredient in French cuisine – clafoutis, marzipan, frangipane and friand are some examples. Almond meal can be added to breakfast smoothies or sprinkled over muesli. Use as a partial or whole substitute for wheat flour in recipes that do not require the structure and elasticity of gluten.
