Walnuts

Our delicious Australian Walnuts are sweet and crunchy.

Walnuts are naturally low in sugars and sodium. They contain plant omega 3, plant protein, fibre, antioxidants and vitamins and minerals – folate, magnesium, potassium, manganese and copper.

Uses:
Walnuts are extremely versatile and make a fantastic snack. Try using them to crumb meat. Walnuts can be candied and eaten as a sweet. Sprinkle walnuts over salads. Walnuts are used n trail mixes, muesli, granola and baked goods. Walnuts make a tasty walnut butter.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. 

Shelf Life:
