Real black winter truffles are mixed through the cheesemaking process to infuse a deep earthy flavour into this buttery Brie. The luxurious flavour that fills this cheese takes the classic brie to a whole new level, making it a favourite amongst our customers.
Uses:
This Truffle Brie is served deliciously with stone fruits and honey or toasted on bread. Truffle Brie is a great addition to a platter. Truffle Brie works well with fresh baguettes, a selection of crackers, jam and honey, fruit and nuts. Wines to enjoy with Truffle Brie include sauvignon blanc, Riesling, chardonnay and champagne.

Cow’s milk, cream, non-animal rennet, black winter truffle 0.02% (black winter truffle and truffle flavour), cultures and salt.
