This cheese is an extraordinarily creamy traditional Brie. Strong flavour when ripened.

Uses:
Delicious with fresh bread, on crackers or as part of a cheese board.

Cambray Cheese, Cundinup Western Australia

Cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.
