Green Harissa
Green Harissa is much milder on the palate than Red Harissa. It is a blend of fresh coriander with green chillies, garlic and aromatics. The flavour is round and sweet with an apple like fruitiness which has a firm chilli finish.
Uses:
The perfect spice for swirling into stews, soups, sauces, whipped butters, creams, vinaigrette, pasta and risotto. Also used as an accompaniment to couscous, rice pial, tagines, grills, roast and in sandwiches.
Origin:
Made in Australia with at least 55% Australian ingredients.
Ingredients:
Green chillies, spinach, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, coriander seeds, coriander, mint, caraway seeds, white pepper and chilli powder.
Allergens:
May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.
Storage:
Refrigerate after opening.
