Great Southern Truffle Butter 165g

Truffle Butter is oh so delicious! Truffles and butter are like a match made in heaven. The butter enhances the flavour of the truffle and has a lovely smooth richness.

Uses:
Add Truffle Salt to pasta, risotto, scrambled eggs or mashed potatoes. Spread it on sourdough or other artisan bread or toast. Serve on top of grilled steak. Put under the breast skin of a chicken before roasting.

Western Australia.

Unsalted butter, truffle (tuber malanosporum vitt. 2.5%) aroma, salt.
