Ginger Discs Dusted in Rice Flour

These Ginger disks are made in Australia sourced from a long-established Chinese supplier. Dried down it is dusted in rice flour to keep it apart. Similar to crystalised ginger, it does not have the sugar hit when you pop it in your mouth and has a much more intense flavour.

Ginger Discs are a treat to enjoy at any time. It can also be used in baking cakes, biscuits, tarts and desserts.

Ginger, cane sugar and rice flour.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
