Australian Medjool Dates
Australian Medjool Dates
Our scrumptious Australian Medjool Dates are grown in South Australia’s Riverland. Medjool Dates have a rich, sweet, caramelly taste and a soft chewy texture. Medjool dates are a fresh fruit that is packaged immediately after harvesting.
Medjool Dates are high in carbohydrates. They contain a significant amount of fibre, antioxidants and a variety of vitamins and minerals including iron, potassium, B vitamins, copper, and magnesium.
Uses:
Remove the pit from the Medjool Date before eating or cooking. These dates are a fantastic snack for that instant pick me up. Medjool dates are versatile and can be stuffed or added to smoothies, sauces and dressing. Try Medjool Dates chopped and sprinkled over muesli or yoghurt. Perfect for cheese platters - they team especially well with blue cheese. Medjool dates can be used as a natural sweetener by making them into a paste.
