Arborio Rice is a short grain rice originating from the town of Arborio in Italy. Now grown all over the world, this delicious rice is characteristically starchy making it ideal for risotto. .

Uses:
Risotto, creamy rice puddings and rice porridge.

Italy.

Arborio rice.

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
